Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ToolOrbit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Description of the service

ToolOrbit provides free, browser-based utilities for personal productivity and general technical tasks. Some utilities listed in the catalog may be marked "Coming soon" and are not yet available. We may add, change, suspend, or remove utilities or features at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ToolOrbit only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape aggressively, or compromise the site or its infrastructure • Use utilities to create, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity • Misrepresent your identity when contacting us in a way intended to cause harm or fraud • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights We may block or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

No warranty

TOOLORBIT AND ALL UTILITIES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Always verify critical results independently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolOrbit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or utilities — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The ToolOrbit name, branding, site design, and original content are owned by ToolOrbit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the utilities for their intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape for republication, reverse engineer the site as a competing product in violation of law, or remove proprietary notices without permission. You retain ownership of content you process with client-side utilities. We do not claim ownership of that content.

Service availability

We aim to keep ToolOrbit available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, network failures, or changes to third-party dependencies. Some features depend on your browser capabilities (for example Web Crypto or Canvas). Older browsers may not support every utility.

Changes to services

We may modify, replace, or discontinue any utility, page, or feature — including changing how a utility processes data or whether it runs entirely in the browser. Coming-soon listings are not commitments with fixed delivery dates. Released utilities may still receive breaking UI or behavior changes as we improve them.

Your content and contact submissions

For client-side utilities, content you process remains under your control on your device subject to your browser's storage behavior. If you submit information through the contact form or email, you grant us permission to use that information to respond and to operate the service. Do not send passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal data you would not want stored in email systems.

Third-party services

ToolOrbit may use third-party hosting, analytics, email, search, and advertising providers. Your use of those providers' features is also subject to their terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
